Summer Time Shred

This is a 4 week program consisting on 3 workouts per week; Burn, Build and Pilates. During the burn workouts we will work on using lower weight, higher reps and moving a bit faster in our movements. During the build workouts we will work on using heavier weight, lower reps and moving slower. Adding in a pilates workout into your routine will help with core stability and balance which is what we work on during the pilates workouts! Get ready to work hard!
